INDIVIDUAL SERVICE
Red light therapy also know as photobiomodulation, involves exposure to low levels or red or near infrared light, which stimulates healing and regeneration within the cells. For this service to be most effective the red light is positioned 6-10 inches from your skin while lying on a bed. This session is a 20 minutes.
An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses infrared heaters to emit a full spectrum of light (near, middle and far infrared) that is absorbed by the skin providing heat therapy. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared saunas directly heat your body at a lower temperature, making it more comfortable. This session is typically 40 minutes
Cryo chamber is a form of whole body cryotherapy that involves exposing the body to extremely cold temperatures for a short period of time. This session is 3 minutes.
Each service is considered one “session”

Good for 14 days of unlimited sessions of all services. Can be Cryo Chamber, Red Light Therapy Bed and/ or Infrared Sauna. This package is NOT shareable. Can only treat each service two times a day. This package does not automatically renew.
